  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in brand-new, sellable condition.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your return label and ship the package back to our Castlefield Avenue location, or save on shipping by dropping it off directly at our service counter.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
